Human Resources Generalist
As a Human Resources Administrator, you will be a critical member of a growing team with opportunities to learn and advance your career. This role will be on the internal operations team and will work directly with leadership and employees. The ideal candidate will be responsible for multiple aspects of human resources including recruiting, on-boarding, benefits administration and corporate culture. This position requires excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.

The HR Administrator will handle daily administrative tasks and provide comprehensive, professional human resource support and direction to the employees and management/executive team of the organization. The ideal candidate will be able to:
On-board and off-board employees and identify and implement process improvements.
Work directly with our external benefits partner to rollout and maintain employee benefits.
Maximize use of Employee Navigator to manage employee benefits and policies.
Work with payroll administrator regarding benefit elections.
Work with Recruiter on activities including posting job descriptions, pre-screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
Lead management of the Employee Review Cycle.
Manage and continue development of the Employee Recognition Program.
Maintain Employee Handbook and implement updates and improvements.
Identify, create, and implement new policies across the organization.
Maintain and enhance the Employees SharePoint site to achieve maximum benefit for team members.
Respond to external requests for employment verification and security clearance checks.
Coordinate team-wide meetings.
Coordinate and publish Quarterly edition of the VerticalVibe company newsletter.
Able to meet federal contract requirements including US citizenship and suitability clearance.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 2-3 years of Human Resources related work experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
PHR or SHRM-CP Certification preferred.
